Martina ran a workshop for us on ‘building a behavioural framework’ at an internal leadership conference, which we wanted to make relevant to our organisation’s vision and values. Martina’s expertise and guidance in the preparation and during the workshop were both excellent! The workshop felt very personal to the people in the room. It was encouraging to see some of senior business leaders talking about different ways we can collaborate, communicate and share success. We came away with some valuable ideas and actions to take forwards. Moving into a new role comes with many new challenges; one of which is new team members and their integration into the current team.
