About me
With 20+ years in senior roles across investment banks and technology companies in Germany and London, I have worked closely with C-suite teams, start-ups, scale-ups, and blue-chip organisations in multiple capacities. I also founded a successful Marketing and PR agency in London before moving to a new career my current role of executive and leadership development consulting, coaching and corporate training.
Following a transformative two-year cycling journey from London to New Zealand, I completed a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, specialising in human performance and wellbeing. This academic journey enabled me to blend evidence-based psychological principles into my corporate and leadership experience, allowing me to deliver impactful executive and leadership development consulting, coaching and corporate training that is both practical and transformative.
I am also an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner coach and accredited Emotional Culture Deck (ECD) Practitioner, which means I bring validated frameworks and research into my work with leaders and teams.

Throughout my career, I have consistently emphasised the integration of real-world business experience with evidence-based market intelligence. My in-house and founder experience has given me first-hand insight into what it takes to drive personal and organisational success as well a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders in high-pressure environments. My academic journey and research further strengthened this approach by adding psychological and behavioural insights into the mix.
My Master’s thesis on executive coaching and employee wellbeing was published by the British Psychological Society in 2024. In the same year, I was recognised as a finalist for Coach of the Year at the British HR Awards, reflecting my commitment to excellence in the field of leadership development.
