About me

Over a 20+ year corporate career, I have held various senior in-house roles in investment banks and technology companies, in Germany and London. I also founded a successful Marketing and PR agency in London before changing career to my current role, providing executive and leadership development consulting, coaching and corporate training to financial and professional services organisations.

It was on my return from 2-year cycling adventure from London to New Zealand (2018 – 2020) that I undertook a MSc in Applied Positive and Coaching Psychology – the science behind how and why people function at their best. This was the pivot for my career change.

I now use the knowledge acquired on this Masters to deliver my leadership development consulting, coaching and corporate training programmes; all of which are designed to help unlock the power of people – at organisational and individual levels. All my leadership development consulting, coaching and training programmes are grounded in evidence-based psychology and practical commercial experience.

I also offer coaching to private individuals looking to find career direction, purpose, structure or more balance in their lives.

I am a fully-trained coach, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. The accreditation certifies that I follow an ethical code of practice, receive regular supervision and continuously demonstrate commitment to my own professional and personal development as a coach and mentor.

In 2024 I was a finalist in the Coach of the Year category in the British HR Awards, reflecting my commitment to excellence in the field of leadership development and coaching.

Market intelligence has always been fundamental to my work and through my extensive network in financial markets and professional services I have regular on-going conversations with senior professionals across financial markets and professional services about how they lead, what drives retention and engagement in their organisation and company culture.

My unique combination of extensive real-world business experience and intelligence combined with academic insight allows me to offer executive and leadership development consulting, coaching and corporate training that is grounded in research – yet practical and results-focused. From guiding start-ups through periods of rapid growth to supporting established enterprises in navigating transformation, my goal is always to create meaningful, lasting change for leaders and their organisations.
